Summary

NumDuel is a local, two-player game that does not collect personal information from users. Voice input is used only to enable in-session guessing and is not stored or transmitted by the app beyond what the device/platform may perform for speech recognition.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require or collect names, email addresses, or account identifiers.
• We do not collect or store voice recordings.
• We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or third-party trackers in v1.

On-Device Speech Recognition

NumDuel uses the device's speech capabilities to recognize spoken guesses. Whether speech is processed on-device or sent to a cloud service is controlled by the device/platform. NumDuel does not record, upload, or store recognized text or audio.

Permissions

• Microphone: Required only for voice input. You can still play by typing guesses or using the on-screen controls.

Third-Party Services

NumDuel does not integrate third-party analytics or advertising services in this release. If that changes we will update this policy and request consent where required.

Data Retention

No user data is retained by NumDuel. Player names are stored locally in the app storage so they persist between rounds on the same device.

Children

NumDuel is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
