Troubleshooting — Quick Steps
- Microphone not responding? Ensure NumDuel has microphone permission: visit Settings → Privacy → Microphone and enable for NumDuel.
- No audio feedback? Verify device volume and check the app's Sound toggle in the setup screen.
- Secret entry blocked? Each player enters their secret on a private screen — use the Let's Play flow to advance.
- App crashes or behaves oddly? Try force-closing the app and reopening. If problem persists, reinstall the app.
- Still stuck? Email bek.develop@gmail.com with the device model, OS version, app version, and a short reproduction steps list.
Permissions & Platform Notes
- iOS: The app requests microphone permission on first use. If you previously denied it, open Settings → NumDuel → Microphone and toggle it on.
- Android: On Android 11+ the app may ask for mic permission at runtime. If speech input still fails, go to Settings → Apps → NumDuel → Permissions and allow Microphone.
- Offline: NumDuel does not require an account or network to play local matches — only on-device voice recognition where available.

- Take a screenshot or screen recording showing the issue.

Q: How do I change player names?
A: From the setup screen tap each name field and edit. Names persist until you change them again.
Q: Can I play over the network?
A: Not in this release. NumDuel is designed for local, in-person play.

Privacy & Data
NumDuel collects no personal data. Voice input is used only for in-session recognition and is not stored or transmitted by the app. The app does not require an account, and we do not use analytics in v1. If you enable any optional sharing in future versions we will clearly disclose and obtain consent.
