End User License Agreement

Effective date: April 2, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and DilFit for your use of the DilFit mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant

DilFit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptable Use & Zero-Tolerance Policy

DilFit has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

You agree not to post, upload, or share content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal of your content and suspension or permanent termination of your account.

3. User-Generated Content & Moderation

The App includes community features where users can share posts, comments, photos, and videos. The following safeguards are in place:

Content filtering — automated filters screen submissions for objectionable language before publication.
Reporting — any user may report objectionable posts and comments.
Blocking — any user may block abusive users. Blocking immediately removes the blocked user's content from your feed and notifies the DilFit moderation team.
Enforcement — the DilFit team acts on objectionable-content reports within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting (suspending or permanently banning) the responsible user.

4. Subscriptions

DilFit Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks enhanced features:

DilFit Pro Monthly — 1-month auto-renewable subscription.
DilFit Pro Yearly — 12-month auto-renewable subscription.

Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Fitness and AI Coach recommendations are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise programme.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DilFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

DilFit may terminate your license at any time if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
