Terms of Service

Welcome to DilFit. By creating an account or using the DilFit mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use DilFit. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use & Zero-Tolerance Policy

DilFit has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Post content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Bully, threaten, intimidate, or harass other users.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. User-Generated Content & Moderation

You retain ownership of content you create (workouts, posts, comments, photos, videos). By posting content to public areas of DilFit, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and reproduce that content solely for operating and improving the Service.

DilFit actively moderates user-generated content. The following safeguards are in place:

• Content filtering — automated filters screen posts and comments for objectionable language before publication.
• Reporting — any user may flag a post or comment as objectionable. Reports are reviewed by the DilFit team.
• Blocking — any user may block another user. Blocking immediately removes the blocked user's content from your feed and sends a report to our moderation team.
• Enforcement — the DilFit team will act on objectionable-content reports within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting (suspending or permanently banning) the user responsible.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

5. DilFit Pro & Subscriptions

DilFit Pro is a premium auto-renewable subscription that unlocks enhanced features including expanded AI coaching, unlimited workout history, additional social posting, and more. DilFit Pro is available in the following plans:

• DilFit Pro Monthly — 1-month auto-renewable subscription.
• DilFit Pro Yearly — 12-month auto-renewable subscription.

Subscription details:

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store.
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the point of purchase.

6. AI Coach Disclaimer

The AI Coach feature provides general fitness suggestions based on your workout data. It is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

The DilFit name, logo, and all associated visual design, software, and content are the property of DilFit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time from the Privacy Settings screen in the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DilFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DilFit operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
